Great hair cut and they grow out beautifully too. Customer service is good. The stylists don't work 7 days a week so it sometimes takes a day or two to get back with you but they do call back and they work to try and fit customers in.
The stylist, who happened to be the owner, did not listen to what I said that I wanted in a cut; I said I wanted a cut that required low maintenance. She gave me a cut that required much time and effort to style. After telling her I wanted a soft color, she dyed my hair dark purple (my son's description of the color). I observed her being very rude to a customer and she started my appointment over a half hour late.
