NOT A SPA EXPERIENCE AT ALLL. They refused to greet me , no hello -name nothing. When I told the owner of the experience his receptionist gave me . He got mad - that I expected a friendly spa experience not attitude . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They dont accept most insurance , everything was out of pocket. The consultation was no satisfactory as well. Dr. Pooria is very talented and efficient. Receiving services whether it’s cleaning or implant, was easy, painless and his work impeccable. Highly recommend his work. Office staff is kind, helpful and available.

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely at ease. The entire team is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. If you need to get dental work done definitely go to Brooklyn Dental Spa. Dr. Shahin and his staff were great. From being able to book an appointment quickly to the Dr. making me feel at ease ( I have a fear of dental work) I highly recommend going here whether its a cleaning, filling or more involved work you won't be disappointed.

She’s the kind of person who sets a positive tone for the entire visit. Queen, the X-ray technician, was fantastic—professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything she was doing.
