DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY MADE ME SIT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR AN HOUR ONLY FOR THEM TO STILL CHARGE ME A CANCELLATION FEE AFTER MY APPOINTMENT. TOO MANY HIDDEN FEES, THEY CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN WHAT THE HIDDEN FEES ARE FOR. THEY CHARGED ME A LATE FEE TWICE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND GAVE NO SERVICE. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY WASTED.
My kids and I have been going to Dr. Shahin for almost 10 years now and we are very satisfied with the high level of service and care we receive from him and his friendly staff. Great job!
