1st Form Restorations is fantastic. When my family purchased our new home, we needed significant updates on the tight timeline and 1st Form delivered. Jeremy communicated expectations clearly, helped with some challenging decisions, and was always available for questions and updates. Denis and Carlos did a great job creating the vision we laid out and were professional and honest throughout the project. It was a great experience and we will use them again for future projects. This was my second project with 1st Form Restoration LLC — the first went well, but this one was a complete disaster. The project dragged on for 12+ weeks, and I had to manage most of it myself because the GC was rarely present. When I texted about issues that came up, he would instantly become argumentative, and only after I pushed back would he back‑pedal. It was exhausting. We had 2 bathrooms renovated and not only did Jeremy and his team do an excellent job, they also finished on time despite a tight timeline. Every step was communicated clearly everyday so we knew exactly what was happening with no guess work. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Jeremy & his whole team at 1st Form Restoration and highly recommend them for your remodeling and construction projects. Jeremy is quick in his responses and very detailed in his communications. Cannot speak highly enough about 1st Form Restoration and Jeremy. From our initial phone call to the final punch out, the entire process was smooth and professional. They know what they are doing and they do it well. We used them for a complete bathroom remodel. The are easy to work with and provided excellent service.
