Great staff , they go above and beyond to help
I received 10 emails, did a pre-check in, recieved several appointment reminders & confirmation texts only to arrive at the SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT to be told that they're closed "some" Wednesday's........WHAT?! I won't be returning!
Front desk is rude. They also cancel your appointments even after you confirm. They never leave voicemails and like to argue with the patient.
I called to schedule an appointment and they had an appointment available the next day. Unfortunately, I was 40 mins away and called to let them know I’d be late but I was also willing to reschedule even if it was for a later date. I was told that I could only cancel 48 hours before my appointment which I was not informed until I called to let them know I’ll be late.
