I made an appointment to see a dentist at this location. The office visit was to have been covered at 100%--according to my insurance provider. I was shocked to learn that I had been charged over $80.00 for an appointment--at which NOTHING was done. This charge was due to the fact that the office manager put in a code--and arbitrarily charged me for an emergency appointment--that I HAD NOT requested.
