Oh where does one begin with Connie Dunn?? What a nightmare she is. I only wish that I had been smart and read all of the reviews about her prior to signing with her to manage our rental property. But I mistakenly took the recommendation of a neighborhood realtor who I thought recommended Connie on her merit. But after doing some digging, I found that one of the owners of 1st Dominion is also the owner of a Remax here in town which is where this realtor works. Never again! Horrible Horrible ! I own the home that connie Dunn WAS managing. She did nothing but cost me money. My tenant couldnt get responses from her. She wouldnt answer my emails. Her inability to do her job cost me almost 2,000$! I have NOTHING positive to say and many , many nightmare stories. Steer clear and read all the reviews. Unbelievably bad experience on many levels.
