Bed side manner is great and dentist is awesome, front desk needs a class on professionalism. it's downright rude for her to refer to every patient by a pet name babe, honey, sweety etc.. and when corrected not acknowledged. Had it been a male it would have been stopped along time ago I'm sure.

RecommendedThe first photo is embarrassing.... but even religiously brushing my teeth did nothing... internal stains from tooth trauma as a kid was the dentist theory. A few months ago I asked for recommendations for a dentist who does veneers and was given tons of options! I decided to check out 1st Dental and Orthodontics in Saginaw and I am so glad I did! Absolutely the worst experience ever! I had 2 daughters in braces. My oldest daughter had braces removed after a huge office-insurance battle where they refused to remove braces due to improper billing. Since then my daughter has needed to have her four (YES FOUR!) front teeth removed and had a bridge placed due to prolonged use of braces! The second daughter just came from a routine monthly adjustment crying and bleeding from her bottom lip and gums! I will not mention names for privacy concerns. Your older daughter's treatment was planned for 18 months. Looking at her chart, she missed 19 monthly appointments and, as a result, the treatment was prolonged 14 months. We have removed all late fees from her balance as a courtesy to you. Dr Ong and the rest of the staff here are like family at this point. I not only bring all of my children here, but my husband and I also go here. Dr Ong does her very best to make sure your teeth have the best shot at being healthy and she is very compassionate towards everyone. They are very friendly and professional. Love the results I've gotten with my braces. Dr. Omar is great he makes you feel at ease. The dentist side is awesome as well. They helped my nephew through the anxiety of his past dental experience. And it was so bad he was even afraid of drs. Love this place.
The staff and the doctor are very patient and loving although it's a little far from where I live I will keep coming here they are the best
We have been coming here for about a year now. 1st Dental & Ortho is now my family dentist and their Orthodontist Team is handling my son's braces. They have a very friendly staff and always do a great job. Reasonable prices when it comes to more expensive work that has to be done; best in town in fact!
Best place I have ever been by far! I have had dental and Ortho work done by this place. Everyone up there is super helpful and kind as can be. I highly recommend this place, and I one of those people who would rather set my foot on fire than go to get work done on my teeth. They are great will children too... My 4 yr olds dentist appointment was a breeze just bc they made him feel so comfortable. Amazing staff, and two great Doctor's!!!!
