If I could give zero stars I would. This is going to be long so bear with me. We are under contract to buy a home in which there was a recall on the originally installed shingles. The seller was having the roof REPLACED per the warranty from the shingle manufacturer. The seller contracted 1st Colorado Roofing to do the work. We had a great experience with 1st Colorado Roofing....Mitchell was awesome navigating and scheduling repairs for the hole in our roof punched by a felled tree that came down during the awful windstorm in April. He's courteous, timely and kept us informed of progress. Fair prices as well...highly recommend!
