1st Co. Roofing was excellent. We worked with Nate Christensen from the start. Not only did he help inspect our roof and notice the hail damage, he walked us through every step of the insurance process. This is critical because insurance fought every step of the way. Nate helped take us from insurance taking a non-pay position to paying for our roof, windows, and painting. Evan and his team did a great job replacing our roof and helped with making insurance claims on our behalf. In the roof replacement process, his team also helped with a few other roof-adjacent tasks, such as installing bird spikes and coordinating with HVAC technician to move a roof vent for more optimal solar panel placement.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is going to be long so bear with me. We are under contract to buy a home in which there was a recall on the originally installed shingles.
