Before I start off if there was a -2 star 1st Clemson rentals deserves it. I rented an apartment from them for over two years and never once was late on rent. I'm 30 years old with a full time job (I don't party nor have pets). When I moved in the apt. it was in okay condition. The carpets had never been cleaned (smelt of animals and was at least 5 years old) nor vacuumed for that matter and the blinds (5+ years old) fell off when I first opened the door. She went above and beyond the call of duty to work in working with us. I she helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
