Do not purchase a home with Diane Clayton Anderson listed as the realtor. She is a scammer. Her and the seller will work together to do as little as promised to ensure they make a bigger profit. When I bought my home, there were several things in the inspection report that were recommended to be repaired and re-inspected at the seller’s expense.
