Everyone was friendly and very efficient! In and out in a little over an hour with xrays included.
I had to make a last minute visit to see a doctor while staying with my daughter. I walked in and in less than 15?minutes I was already taken to the back by a nurse for pre check up and the doctor followed about 10 min later. He was very thorough and took the time to listen to all my symptoms I felt like he really cared about helping me and I was not just another patient. I've been here twice. The first time I went the front desk wasn't pleasant to work with but the doctor was great. The second time I went the front desk was so unhelpful and rude that I ended up leaving before even seeing the doctor and going somewhere else. When your practice in ran poorly it will drive patients away. Christine and Kathy need a lesson in customer service. They will speak in Spanish while you are standing there so you can't understand them. Plus they try to charge you even though your insurance shows your out... read more
Fair pricing...in and out wait no wait time.... impeccable staffing! Was seen late evening time by brilliant and beautiful P.A.-C, MPAS, Catia Weickgenant and she immediately knew how to treat me conservatively for a pneumonia and not over test or over diagnosis or over medicate. Since we moved to Allen, we have never had to go to an Emergency Room or doc-in-a-box with this close-by immaculately clean urgent care clinic. Feeling better already!
Fast at taking patients but not so good at calling in prescriptions it took 2days for me to get my grand babies prescription filled not good
