Highly unprofessional. I had made an appointment time and showed up in the main doors were locked, even though they have their sign open. I knocked on the door Called the clinic three times and texted the number on the sign and after waiting 10 minutes, went to leave and saw someone who worked there rolling up with shopping bags in her hand and then texted me back that I could come back. Can’t say they care about there patients or job.
Would give 0 stars if I could. We made an appointment for my grandson and no one was there. Sign on the door says to text if you have an appointment. Dr said was running late this morning and wouldn’t be in for another hour and a half. Really pushed for a virtual visit, it was clearly a money grab at that point. Don’t waste your time with this place. I’ll be reporting them shortly.
Had a screw go through my finger. Drove over here and was seen almost instantly. Good people, great service. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but I know if I do, they will get me taken care of.
Tried showing up at 3pm, doors are locked yet website and everything else mentions walk ins are available and that they are open until 6pm. Don’t recommend, save your time and go elsewhere. Doesn't qualify as an ‘urgent care’ lol.
Most unprofessional bunch of people in here. They accept appointments for a certain time and then close their main entry door. They have put a number for texting but there is absolutely no response. Worst place to be called “Urgent Care”. Would never recommend it to any one.
