Being our first trip out of the US....we had lots of questions and unknowns. We weren't even sure where we wanted to go. Joleta was SUPER kind and helpful through every step. Amazing service! Susan went above and beyond throughout the whole process and continued to do so all the way up to our return from Punta Cana.
Today has been a whirlwind of a day. Due to a lightening strike in Jamaica our flight was indefinitely postponed and we were left in limbo. The First Class Travel office was so amazing through it. Making calls for us and trying to get information for us. We booked through Susan (who is great). Stacy and Shari were in the office today on Saturday and both were very helpful.
