I ordered, was fully charged, and did not receive my oxygen concentrator after 4 weeks. I waited on the line 15 minutes for an agent. As soon as I said I wanted the order cancelled - he promptly hung up. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Stay clear of this company!
Employee Matthew Matthew harassed me with a deluge of spam calls and emails. I unsubscribed many many times and still the spam continued. I finally told him, in writing, that I would sue him and his Company if he didn't stop immediately. Their prices are not competitive and they use hard sales tactics.
