The representative I spoke with hung up on my immediately when either the date was booked or he didn't have the right bus available. No explanation, no pleasantry, nothing. Definitely would not want someone with that approach to customer service handling my transportation. I would steer clear of this company as there are plenty of other good limousine and bus companies out there.
Never actually got them to drive... seems they are very selective on which runs they want to take. :(
