RecommendedWhen I first made the phone call Ken the owner answered the phone. 1st Class came out very shortly after we called them. He told me he could put a "band aid" and correct the current problem but it would just be a matter of time and we would have to call some one out again. I believed him because we had already had someone come out 1 or 2 other times. Ken said some of the metal had lost some of its "integrity" and it would continue to weaken over time.
