I took a creme (almost white) area carpet to be cleaned. My sister tried to clean it and was unsuccessful. I thought I would try First Class Carpet Care to see if they could get the carpet cleaned. It was badly stained and discolored and had been sitting in my garage for 3 years. When I got the carpet back, all the stains were gone. The carpet looked brand new. They did a fantastic job and I was extremely pleased. I have taken other carpets there and was equally pleased. They are reasonably priced and do a great job.
