From the beginning they were great to work with. The initial consultation was very straightforward and to the point. Then they came to measure before the install and everyone was so easy to work with. I'll be recommending 1st choice to everyone I know that are in the market for windows and siding.

We are extremely happy with our windows from 1st Choice Windows and Siding. The entire process from start to finish was a smooth one. We replaced all the windows in our house and are very satisfied with our decision to use your company. I appreciated Everyone I spoke with including Helen who took the appointment and Tom who met with us to discuss products and the installers who were quick efficient and very knowledgeable. This really was a great experience.
They replaced a window in our master bedroom and did a fantastic job. As a business owner, I appreciate good customer service and do not give undue praise. They were fast, clean and professional. The communication was excellent and Helen in the office was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use them again.
Can't recommend highly enough. My parents are older and had a broken half round window. They had tried unsuccessfully to find someone to come out and replace the broken window, but no one would come out for such a small job. Several companies just flat out no showed on scheduled appointments. I called 1st Choice, explained the situation and worked with them (mostly) long distance to get the window replace.
