I love Dr. Andrew, he is always super helpful. The facilty is clean and they get you in and out with quality care
The urgent care advertises that it has X-rays but they had us wait in the office for 30 minutes before telling us that they didn't realize the X-ray machine hasn't worked in 6 months. This was the 2nd time it happened after confirming they had a machine. I guess I should have specified that we needed an X-ray machine that worked.
Excellent customer care.
Went twice needing an xray. Each time a 30 minute wait to then tell me the machine was broken. Never again.
