Scheduled an 8 am apt. The doors were opened at 7 min after 8. I was the first patient and was seen by the Dr at 8:45. Patient care was great just off to a slow start which was stressful since I was trying to get to work.

1st Choice Urgent Care on Romeo Plank has the best staff and processes I have ever experienced. Everyone from the receptionist, the nurse, to the doctor were absolutely joyful, kind, and professional. The doctor was absolutely knowledgeable and professional; it took her no time to diagnose and treat my ailment. I was in and out with my issue resolved within 30 minutes. Definitely trustworthy with your care. Wish I had more stars to give.
