I love our experience today with our nurse very attentive and she was thorough. I appreciate that she tells us what she's doing as she is doing it and letting us know what our vitals are. Dr. Crandall was awesome as always and diagnosed us and knew exactly what we are going through and how to manage it. You guys are awesome!
So much better than the other urgent care in town. We were in and out so quick and the staff was kind and considerate of our time. They took very good care of our sick little girl and had a prescription called in before we even got into the car.
The clinic was clean with a welcoming receptionist. I only waited about 30 minutes even though it was a Saturday. The medical assistant and provider were kind and listened to my health concerns. The provider then proposed a treatment while asking for my feedback. It was a great experience.
