I have been using this place for 5 years now and I absolutely love them! Jan is wonderful. She takes care of my business/personal taxes. She is very patient and walks me through everything. Couldn't ask for better service. Mindy the desk lady is great and always communicates in a timely manor. Highly recommended!!

I first started using Jan at 1st Choice Tax Services after our long-time tax preparer made a huge error that would have cost nearly $2000. We had Jan double-check them before filing, and she found the mistake- he'd forgotten a big deduction that we claimed every year, and no idea how he missed it that time. Jan has been doing our taxes every year since then, and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Working with this company was an awful experience. There was no communication from the company once I turned in my papers. Every time I called to inquire about my tax return I was assured it was going well and my taxes would be filed on time. Then just a few days before the deadline when I called again I was informed that they filed an extention without asking my permission or alerting me there was a problem. They played it down like it was no big deal, did not tell me I would be liable for any penalties or interest in case ... read more

First Choice Tax Service is the best! They have consistently impressed me with their speed and accuracy both when I owned my own business and after on my personal taxes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to answer any question I ask them. They take the time to learn about your life so they can find all the appropriate deductions for you.
