The quality of the product was extremely disappointing, and the customer service left much to be desired. When I reached out to Robin to discuss the issues with the product, she responded in a rude and defensive manner, not only with me but also with other clients facing similar concerns. She refused to address the problems without charging additional fees, which felt unreasonable given the initial issues. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this business.
