We had our camper there for about 3 years and everything was fine. 3 weeks ago with locked gates someone stole the catalytic converter. When calling the office they were of no help at all. They have no security cameras at all. We cancelled our spot. They pro rate when moving in but not when moving out. They simply didn't care that this happened or they lost a faithful paying customer.

So much for 24/7 access. I understand that the gate breaking is out of your control. But it should be left open everyday during the day for people to access our storage units. I’m sure you will not reimburse your renters for the days and hours we are not allowed access because of a gate malfunction. As someone in customer service a company like this should make some kind of arrangement to have the place open during the day when it is not normal business hours. Because most people access our storage units on the weekend.
After first month of renting we are still happy with storage company. The gate has been giving them issues that's the only reason I gave a 4 not a 5.
