Terrible service! First they gave me the wrong unit, across town from where I need it. Then I paid my storage to have an overlock removed just for it not to be removed on Saturday, after I rented the U-Haul to get my things. The black grey-haired lady, refused to open my unit. Claiming it was after hours, I paid well before business hours ended. She then called me a liar, stating there was no u-haul on the property at Creosote on camera. Loved the lady that rented me my storage she was so sweet and awesome..the prices are great and I love how they have it gated with the security code to get in.
Tammy and Lisa were very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend these storages.
