No security, PArking lot makes it hard to get to inside climate control unit (with worked some not all the time), Units need maintenance, Roll up doors will not stay up, given a bolt to put through a hole to keep it from falling. They have 0 customer service. They are rude and totally unprofessional.
In my opinion, horrible to deal with as business. Unexplained rate increases, discourteous, rude office staff and general customer apathy were constant. No pre-possession inspection resulted in unexplained deposit deductions explanation. Recommended take pictures at the beginning and end to avoid issues.
