My husband and I used 1st choice to store some items while we were trying to sell our home. The employees were very helpful in locating a unit that was perfect for our needs at that time. As we got close to listing and then learned that our new home would not be ready by the time we needed to be out of our old home, they worked with us on short notice to get another space for our larger furniture items. Rude office help.. I guess my husband and I are trash and threatened my husband . who is a disabled vet.. Peoples vehicles being stolen right out of their gates.. Never caught on camera.. Hmm cameras must go on and off at the convenient Times.. Go somewhere else.. Don't east your money on these scum bags..

Horrible customer service. Very poor system of keeping track of payments. Very poor lighting and cheap video cameras. DO NOT use this storage unit facility if you value your belongings.
