Have been with these folks for 3 years and I remain very satisfied. Knowledgeable and good at sharing info so the customer understands. Very thorough and polite. Daniel takes his shoes off every time he comes in house, very pleasant to deal with. Happy with my annual servicing contract. Elizabeth and Julie in the office are very helpful as well. A+ for First Choice!

These guys are great! Another company charged me for five visits last summer; 1st Choice fixed it the first time. 6 months later, it’s still working beautifully! Highly recommend.
Very pleased with the service call for my 2010 heat pump. Daniel checked the outdoor unit and discovered the capacitor was not working correctly so I had him replace the capacitor, and then he serviced the inside unit. Very polite, very professional, and the cost was reasonable. I would call them again if I have problems or just need the yearly service.
This company is so fantastic. I’ve been with them now for several years and the reasonableness of their charges, but more importantly, there and integrity and willingness to help out in case of emergencies, is beyond outstanding. It’s so easy to call the office to get information or to let them know if something is needed and they always are quick to reply and do what they have to do as soon as possible.
