Daniel Arrived on time. Did extensive evaluation to determine problem. Fully explained repair option and discussed warranty possibilities. Was very professional. Pricing was reasonable . Will use again in future.
1st Choice installed our heating & air when we built our house in 2013. They have serviced it ever since & been a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail & wanting to do everything first class makes me feel very confident in their service. They were prompt to replace my thermostat. Absolutely horrible experience. Unit was put in in 2020 and when they came to service it that’s when all the problems started. Three days after service the pipes clogged and I was out with Ac in 90° weather. They sent another tech check out and it didn’t even last a day before it shut off again. He didn’t even clean the pipes off or put algescide down the pipe like I asked him to. The pan is full of water and contaminating my attic. Great customer service. Tech came by and fixed my a/c issue plus serviced all 3 systems in my house. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Office staff was always friendly. I would recommend and will use 1st Choice Service again.
