The only bank I've ever been to that won't cash their own checks without an account
This bank shut down my online access to my banking information after I called them and reported a virus had been installed in my computer. This made sense to me as an immediate safety measure, however I have access to my account with two other devices. They denied my access stating they didn't "trust I wouldn't go on my account on that device". I was forced to take my device into a tech to get it "cleaned" and was charged over $100 of which the bank would not compensate me for the cost. So first they hold my online account h... read more
