First Choice Roofing lives up to their name! From their knowledgeable estimator (who followed up but was never pushy) to their awesome project manager and diligent, tidy crew, everyone was outstanding! I have an older home and we found some surprises during the tear off. Changes were explained in a way I could understand and repair estimates were quick and cost-effective. The roof was replace in late November and the crew was super tidy, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend their service and work.
Re-roofed with First Choice, and they decided to cut away our electric heat cables and advised us we do not need them (after removing them) This was a terrible mistake as we have major ice dams damage this winter, which would not have happened had we had the electric heat cables.
This company installed a roof on my neighbor’s home and repeatedly threw trash and debris into my yard. They left shingles behind that I had to clean up myself. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
