**Update as of 7/6/26. My roof has had several leaks that became apparent a few years after the initial install (2018). One particular leak near my dormer has caused internal damage to the home (photo 1). 1st Choice Roofing came out to do an inspection and documented the locations where their faulty install caused of the on-going leaks (photo 2). 1st Choice has sent workers out on x3 occasions to address the leak.
