Terrible experience! All was going well until the wrong item was installed! No accountability for checking before installing by Amber, Spencer or GM Cody (who loves to talk over you and treat you as if you’re stupid). No doorbell ring day of install just 2 guys on roof - my daughter was in shower when the got a PEEP SHOW! Nice PTSD for my kid! Nothing but excuses with GM Cody screaming at me today on phone about how he is right - just because you agree to a day for install - customer service should at least be ringing doorbe... read more
From the jump First Choice Roofing efficiently prepared a fair and honest quote for what we needed for our office metal roof replacement. Will and his team worked diligently to ensure the old roof was taken away properly and new installed to be water tight on some pretty tricky areas. 10/10 recommend!
