Called for repair to skylight. Tech came out assessed issue and said would return with new parts to install within 25 minutes. An hour and a half goes by and I had to reach out to tech to find out the delay. He said boss sent him elsewhere. I get the job is small but you need to communicate with homeowners waiting around for a tech not coming back. EDIT: Tech called back and we worked it out. Still not a 5 for the hassle of getting communication. However, the follow-up resolved my issue. They are willing to make it right.
Shopping for a roofer is no easy task! There are obviously tons of roofers to choose from. We got 5 quotes from 5 different roofers and ended up going with 1st Choice Roofing. From start to finish we had such a great experience with them! Thanks to Hurricane damage we found ourselves needing a new roof. Courtney was so so helpful in making sure we understood exactly what to do because I was having such a hard time talking with insurance people and was so confused about the process.
