Update: We had water damage to our ceiling after Hurricane Milton. Danny, the site foreman, came out to examine the roof and admitted to the insurance adjuster that the damage was from a mechanical failure from the installation of the roof. Danny assured us that after the first heavy rain (to confirm the roof was sound) they would send dry wallers out to make the repair. I highly recommend 1st Choice Roofing because of their attention to detail. I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron who delivered the dump trailer. It was impressive to see the precision in which he backed up that trailer. But what he did that really impressed me most was how polite and professional he was.
