We had such a wonderful experience with 1st Choice Realty. Kevin was absolutely amazing! He’s kind, knowledgeable, and always there when we needed him. Kathy was just as wonderful and made sure everything stayed organized and on track. We felt truly supported the entire time and couldn’t recommend them more!

I called the listed agent, to seriously take a look at the property the agent picked the call and hung up, I called again thinking we dropped off the call and the same Kathy Sears answered and hung up again, as a serious buyer decided to call at least a couple times, even trying to engage in a way with the agent though text message. Called to set up an appointment to see a house, drove from Columbia to Boonville, 6pm rolled around, had to call the agent to see where they were. They proceeded to tell me they forgot about me and that the house is under contract anyway…..big waste of my time.
