I had the pleasure of working with Bailey who was managing a duplex I was selling. She had nothing to gain by helping me because she was losing a great client with this sale. However, that didn't stop her from being timely and helpful so we could get it closed. That's when you know people have heart is when they do something where they have nothing to gain.
