A very solid three stars. I lived in one of their rental homes for just over 5 years. Pros: They will work with you, you just have to communicate your needs. Cons: A lot happened in 5 years. Some of it is normal landlord / tenant stuff. Some of it felt over the top. But ultimately they hold the deed and you are renting, so you are never going to prevail in these types of disputes.
