Please do not rent from them . Bailey and her husband took 15,000 from me. On a house (Massachusetts ave) that was not supposed to be rented . Also charged me double in security deposit and won’t return it. UPDATE : Lawsuit FILED . Please save yourself ! don’t deal!!! It’s other choices, let this be the last and not the first ! Also as you all can see , they use a PO BOX so they can’t get served and sued . But it’s ways around that :) .
Horrible experience
I had a positive experience with 1st Choice Real Estate as the property manager for my condo. The online portal made it easy to set up payments and submit maintenance requests, and responses were always quick and efficient. Everything was handled professionally. I truly appreciated how smooth the entire process was.
I had the pleasure of working with Bailey who was managing a duplex I was selling. She had nothing to gain by helping me because she was losing a great client with this sale. However, that didn't stop her from being timely and helpful so we could get it closed. That's when you know people have heart is when they do something where they have nothing to gain. Thank you Bailey!
