Worst property management company. Rip the tenants off and scam them out of their deposit money. Contract says water will be billed monthly but doesn’t get billed until a year after living there. False charges. Does not respond back to calls or messages. Raises prices depending on the tenant. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE.
They're the worse, they just make you filled up for applications and at the end they won't get you aprove 190 dollars waste of money. Don't loose your time
