I could not have asked for a better experience! It was quite intimidating for me to get my home of 20 + years ready for sale and find a condo as my next home. Chad was very patient and he thoroughly understands the processes and regulations of home selling and buying, but he also understands that it is emotional and a bit different for each person. He gets that it is more than a business transaction. The professionalism displayed by 1st Choice Properties is second to none.

Chad helped us out with a referral in Western PA. He was able to find us a realtor in Pittsburgh,PA. His reference was top notch along with his follow up and thoroughness with that same realtor. He kept us in the loop with what was happening and gave his insight on what he would be doing. Through the entire process both realtors were thorough and detail oriented.
