Kolvey and Jann came out and installed a new humidifier, uv light and a new filter. Chase came out and did a duct cleaning also in my new house, my house is only 10 years old and there was so much stuff. Chad and Samuel helped with the electrical install for my humidifier. They really helped my family with myself and my son’s allergies and my girlfriend’s asthma! They came out and wore shoe covers which was nice on my new carpets, cleaned up. I kind of wish I read the reviews first. Called yesterday to get a couple of shutoff valves fixed. The lady that answered, seemed like she wasn't really interested in the call. So they scheduled us to be there between 1-3. 2:30 rolls around and we get a text that the tech is on his way, hour later, still no tech, not to mention they have already exceeded the 1-3 pm window. I called to find out was going on, the dispatcher was VERY rude and at the point, I had enough. We decided to go with a different company.

Jeremy came out and fixed my system temporarily and set up an appointment with Weston to talk about new systems. Had 3 other contractors out and Weston was definitely the most affordable for the fancy heat pump I got. Very knowledgeable. Then frank from plumbing came out and took care of 18 year old water heater, also very affordable. Was able to add everything on to financing. Rhae and Cara did great work fixing my plumbing.

I am not the type of person to write bad reviews but we have been severely disappointed with 1st choice and the poor service. We reached out to have a new HVAC system installed in the home we purchased in June. We understood there would be set backs because this is an older home and needed all of the duct work. However, the manager that contacted us and inspected the home told us that this job could be done in 3-4 days no problem. Kolvey with HVAC and Chase our Plummer rock and are the best skillful amazing technicians we have ever had and loved them so much will always ask for them personally! And even signed up for the Home Care Club year round maintenance! And we think they deserve a raise for how awesome they are!
