Cold AC, Hot water and clean room!
We were a little skeptical because of the reasonable price, but it was a pleasant outcome. We got to the hotel around 9:30pm as did everyone else it seemed. The young man at the desk was very efficient. We had reserved 2 rooms for 5 of us. Without asking, he proceeded to change the rooms on the second floor to rooms on the first floor as he took notice that our group included our mother (84). It is supposed to be 1st Choice but it should be everyone's last choice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. But, if you don't mind argumentative and poor customer service (the type that they want to continue to argue with you instead of fixing the problem and not communicate from one shift to the other) then stay here. Terrible services poor breakfast rude employee at front desk my dogs barked one time and was told there was multiple times dogs were also accused of being aggressive but yet the coffe shop gals next door loved to come out for pets and to give them pup cups also was a problem I propped the door open so I could get back in after taking my dog out so I wouldn’t have to walk all the way around and threw the lobby wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially if your on an extended stay for work oh and did I mention the fron... read more
Old and dingy. Weird about Service Animals. Signs about "Rules" everywhere. Wouldn't recommend, especially if you have a pupper with you. We were traveling with our family of 4 and our service dog. I booked online. When we checked in we were downgraded to a "pet room" and charged a deposit, despite our dog being a service animal. The room itself was nothing like the photos on the website.
