Bill and Connie were great to work with. They listened and understood our goals in finding a house to purchase. Once we found the house, they helped make our offer as attractive as possible to the sellers (without simply offering extra money). I thought it was creative and helpful. They were very involved during inspection and helped us negotiate on needed repairs prior to closing. I would mark 6 stars if I could. Connie and Bill are the best realtors I have ever used and I highly recommend them. They are amazingly responsive, thorough and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.
The Dolloff Team is number one. Connie and Bill were with us every step of the process and made our condo purchase seamless. They also went the extra mile by reccomending craftsmen for flooring and molding installations. Additionally, they took time out of their busy schedule to provide access to our apartment for the utility companies, movers and service personnel. We have been involved in a number of real estate transactions and we can say, without a doubt, this was the best!
The Dolloff team was very helpful and patient during our buyer search. Great communication and provision of important information that was beyond expectation. Their experience and knowledge of the NH market was invaluable. Definitely recommend them!
