Hired company to repair roof in February 2022. After we were informed repairs were completed, leaks were worse than before repairs were done. Contacted company to come out to assess for leak problem. Owner Shea was scheduled to inspect for additional repairs during the week of 2/28/22 and we were told there would be no additional charges. No one showed up even though we were contacted about remaining account balance & collection. I made the mistake of paying upfront. Communication was unclear and unpredictable. Seems like the owners does not have a receptionist, he coordinates all the calls and also coordinates the staff. On the days his person came by it was raining and I knew the person did not glue the gutters shut due to the moisture. Despite knowing that, Shay(who was never there to supervise in person at any point) assured me via text that it was done and I had to argue quite a bit with him that it was not.
