In the fall of 2020, 1stChoice H&AC installed a Mitsubishi H & AC Condenser that supplied AC to two wall units. I only used them for air conditioning. They worked the summers of 2021 and 2022. However, in the summer of 2023, they didn't work and 1st Choice had to install Freon. In September 2023 they said the leak was fixed. In 2024, again the wall units didn't supply AC, and again 1st Choice had to add Freon to the unit. Again, they said they fixed the leak. Another happy experience with 1st Choice, have been using them since 2019. On time, professional and efficient, what more could you ask?
We had an issue with our AC during the recent heat wave this past July 4th weekend. The office was very helpful in setting up an appointment and Peccio was very quick in getting our AC back up and running! Would definitely recommend using 1st Choice!
Lifesavers!!! Sunday….the day after 4th of July and they not only came out but got out to me hours before my “after hours” appointment was scheduled for. Chris, the owner showed up and was incredibly knowledgeable AND educated me along the way AND was reasonably priced AND was incredibly personable and friendly. Highly suggest this company for your HVAC needs.
