With over 35 years of combined experience under their belts and having worked for other HVAC companies throughout their careers, James and Chris have taken their experience and created 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Chris and James established 1st Choice in Lake Forest so that they could fill the void in customer service and installation quality that they found lacking in the HVAC industry. Now after 7 Years we have opened our 2nd location here in Anaheim and all of North Orange County!

Technicians showed up on time, performed efficient and clean works. HVAC system is running flawlessly. The city inspection has been passed without a hitch. We like the detailed and straight forward contract. Highly recommended.

We've used another vendor for several years. They recently fell short in diagnosing something completely wrong and taking 3 attempts by me to get in touch with them to get the quote to fix what they told me was wrong. I contacted 1st Choice for a 2nd opinion based on a recommendation from a friend. Steven was phenomenal in his communication the whole way through. I will be canceling with our other vendor and will use 1st Choice going forward.
I had my old furnace replaced with a brand new one from 1st choice Heating. The installation went off perfectly. It was completed quickly and efficiently.
Incredible experience! I highly recommend 1st Choice Air Conditioning because of the great service they provided. Nico was the technician assigned to us and he did an amazing job. The level of customer service he provided was truly unmatched. His communication, thoughtfulness, expertise and knowledge were top notch and he was so courteous and accommodating.
