Stay away ‼️the worse services for the elderly,‼️ very rude and nasty with the elderly and are only after charging the insurance so not care in taking advantage of people yhe office staff is not honest are rude stay away
This place is the worst. If you care about your elderly loved-one trust me, do NOT contact this place. The one or two caregivers that work there are unprofessional, rude, very lazy and aggressive. As far as "management" exactly the same. This place is not FIRST CHOICE. This place is not even a last choice. Horrible.
Beware of this company. They ask a lot of personal questions without giving services.
I have no idea why but this place often times play very loud music and kids bumping up and down the air filled castle.
I don't have anything good to say about this company. Took them over 6 weeks to provide a caregiver and then that care giver stole my pain medication, money and gift cards. Owner called me yesterday to come by and didn't show up or call. Called today and owner could care less about me choosing to switch provider services. This is NOT a first choice!!!
