i visited the store today i go in and get my stuff im trying to log into my bank account to pay and i set my stuff down as im crouching i stand up and oil that i had on my legs fall and a employee accused me of putting it in my pocket! HORRIBLE VISIT THERE will not be visiting again. i had paid couldnt buy the oil bc she took it. VERY MAD AND UNHAPPY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.

I placed an order on 7 January. Processing was promised between (3-6 days). On day three I reached out to the store and asked for an order update. The representative asked for my information and said that she would reach out to the owners and call me back. However, I noticed that my order was canceled despite the website saying there were plenty of hair in stock.
