All of our flooring on the lower level of our home needed to be replaced after a water leak accident. **** and his team were called in after our restoration company spent a week tearing out and incorrectly installing new wood on half of our floors. **** was extremely kind, patient, and thoroughly discussed everything with us. He was able to help us pick a new engineered hardwood very closely matching our original floors.
