I had bamboo flooring installed (purchased through Lumber Liquidator) using 1st Choice. One of the rooms is a converted garage (den). The entire flooring in this room is cupping (a sign that they didn't properly lay a moisture barrier and/or let the leveling/sealer dry before doing the glue down), and there is a HUGE buckling right behind my couch (also a sign that it was not properly glued down, and that they didn't allow expansion gaps).
