Over the past 14 years we have had only impeccable home improvements with Jason and First Choice. Responsive, quality service with prices that are extremely reasonable. Jason is professional and personable and we completely trust him and his crew. An example: 5 years ago my 12 year old daughter battled cancer for a year. I met Jason through my realtor when I moved to Dana Point in 2014. Since then, Jason and his team gutted and refurbished two homes for me: a 1974 townhome in Dana Point and a 1959 "uber fixer" in San Clemente. 1st Choice was highly recommended from a very close realtor friend. I purchased an old condo that needed a total remodel. Jason Clark was hired to pull permits, demolition, new flooring, new cabinets, A/c Soffits, Laundry room, replace all showers, kitchen and windows with automatic shutters.
