RecommendedBernie and his family are a staple of the Nelsonville community and pride themselves on their work. Which, is beyond reproach as far as I’m concerned. As someone renting my home from the company; They are hands down, some of the best landlords I’ve ever had.
We enjoyed our Thanksgiving’s Stay. The Bobcat cabin was sooooo clean and spacious. The cabin had all the cooking essentials. We’re definitely coming back. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!!

We stayed at the Franklin Inn. I don’t know how long this place has been part of their portfolio but they might want to start by cleaning out the basement, including the box of old food stuff. We killed nine mice with the traps that they brought us before we gave up. The mice would climb up on the furniture while you’re sitting on it even with the lights on! We stayed in FullBrooks Lodge and it was wonderful. The property and view are gorgeous, the cabin was spacious and clean, and the hot tub was fabulous. The fire pit area overlooks a pond and rolling hills, and we relaxed for many hours taking in the view. We would absolutely rent that cabin again.

stayed for 3 nights with 1st choice for a wedding and was beyond pleased. where you have to get your room keys is a little store and you can get last minute beverages and stuff you forgot. the bed and breakfast we stayed in was beautiful with every amenity you could want. The chef made a wonderful breakfast and you went away full. we also met the owners and they are very personable and willing to make your stay the best. We stayed at the Getaway Cabin which was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. It had 3 rooms, all with Queen size beds. The cabin had everything we needed...even a dishwasher which was great. The fire pit was perfect and even had a brand new swing. The background was large and had plenty of room to run and play! There were 4 TVs, but we were only able to get the one in our bedroom to work. Not a huge ordeal, since we were not there to watch TV, but would have been nice for the evening. Once I book I know I don't have to worry about anything else. The cabins are fully equipped and very well taken care off. This is my to go place any time I want to leave town alone with my husband or with the family.
By far the worst cabin experience we've ever encountered. We arrived on time for check-in but couldn't go to the cabin because it hadn't been cleaned yet. The hot tub did not work the entire time we were there. The grass hadn't been mowed in at least 2 weeks. Also, the deck was in such poor condition that the paint was severely chipping off, we were picking splinters out of our children's hands and feet, and several nails sticking up out of the boards.
