Went in for an oil change with my $25 winnings from Murrieta Talk!!! This shop is so clean! And the owner JOHN was very through with my car needs, Super honest too...he said I needed an air filter an ordered one but when they went to install the new one found it was actually fine just the top of it was dirty so he didn't sell me a new one! Most shops would have gone ahead an put it in. I have finally found my local repair shop😊 Thanks again for the great service!
These guys are great customer service, their technicians are knowledgeable, finish the repair on timely manner. The price is fair and they sell us only what we need. He told me I can wait on cabin air filter for my next oil change. Good job for the entire team!
I highly recommend 1st Choice Autoworks! They were extremely informative, helpful and honest. My truck was having traction control system issues. They not only explained up front what they would be looking for but kept me informed along the way. The issue was resolved and they let me decide on a couple additional services that they had recommended. No pressure at all. Extremely refreshing.
