It was just a simple oil change. Nobody could mess that up, right? I went there (Northshore Location) because of a coupon I received in the mail. It took slightly longer than the drive-through place I usually use. I was there around an hour and a half. I guess the oil smudges and finger prints that covered the driver side door and window should have been a clue. Have been taking my cars to them for about 8 months. They are friendly, honest, efficient and reasonably priced especially compared to the dealer. I recommend them to friends and family.
I've had them work on my Honda a few times over the past couple of years and it always purrs like a kitten when they are done with it. They're also fast and their labor rates are reasonable. I have never had to have them do anything over or felt that they were trying to sell me unnecessary parts. I feel lucky to have found them, especially after I got gouged by a shop in Beaverton once. I would recommend First Choice in Tigard to anyone who needs a good solid repair shop they can depend on.
First Choice says it all.... – I was in a pinch with a leaky water pump and was referred over to Chris at First Choice. All it took was one quick phone call and he was on the job. I explained to him that I needed the truck for a trip and Chris said no problem and snuck me in. The work was done properly, affordable and best of all the truck was ready in time for my trip. Thank you so much Chris to you and your team of professionals. I will never hesitate to refer your shop or use you for my own repair needs int he future.
