Giving them 5 stars because when I called to set up an appointment the guy who answered trouble shouted with me before setting one. What'd ya know? Didn't need an appointment after all. He was able to assist me over the phone. In the event I do need an actual repair, I know who to call.
Mike was friendly, professional and prompt. He got me scheduled the next day after I called and fixed my fridge/freezer issue very quickly and efficiently. He was extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be keeping 1st Choice’s number handy for any future appliance issues, and recommendations to others! He also reached out the day after to follow up and make sure that everything was still running correctly, which it was. Wonderful job!
Great, fast and fair service
Mike was friendly, came out on time, quickly figured out what was wrong with my dryer, and was able to fix it. I'll be contacting him next time I need an appliance repaired!
