I would not trust this company. They are disrespectful and have no regard for other people’s lives. Drive like ignorant maniac through the neighborhood and had road rage on SR 52. Won’t get my business.

James has always been able to solve my air conditioning issues promptly. This last time, he came out the same day I called after my home warranty was going to make me what days to have it serviced. He saved me 5 days of over 85 degree in home Temps!

James has been our air conditioning Professional for many years now. When we have an air conditioning issue, the first call we make is to James. James takes the time to look at all issues, not just one, and leave (Most A/C Companies) if you do not purchase a new unit, a maintenance package, and non-essential items. James communicates very well through all of the steps and the best option for our family. This military family is extremely thrilled to have James 1st Choice A/C

I do not recommend. This guy would never give a firm time or day that he would come, then when he did come he didn't order all the parts needed. Then before he "fixed" it, went on a week vacation, then came to the house three days after he got from his vacation. We were out of town and my mom was housesitting while he came to fix it. She said it didn't seem like it was fixed, and getting back from our vacation today, we can confirm that NO, it wasn't fixed. Unfortunately - we have had this company out to diagnose a leak and after saying our drain was clogged and "clearing it" several times to fix the leaking that comes back only weeks later, it is now worse and in other areas of our home.
